Return and Exchange Window

You can request a return or an exchange within 30 days after the delivery date. Days are counted as calendar days.

You do not pay any fee to return or exchange an item.

Eligible Items

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange

Email service@noahkunst.shop within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and tell us whether you want a return or an exchange.
We reply within 2 business days to approve your request.
After approval, we email you the return address and instructions for sending the item back at no cost to you.
Send the item back within 14 days after your request is approved.

Please do not send an item back before your request is approved. The return address is given only after approval, and items sent to any other address cannot be processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. We will email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show the refund on your statement, which we cannot control.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different color or a different cap from our store, subject to availability. We ship the replacement at no cost to you within 2 business days after we receive your returned item, and delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. If the replacement costs more or less than the original item, we email you the price difference before shipping, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
