This website is operated by Noah Kunst RB Inc. ("we", "us") under the brand name Noah Kunst. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Descriptions

We try to describe our products accurately, including color, material and measurements. Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting. Measurements may differ by 1–3 cm because items are measured by hand. Some model images on this website are AI-generated for illustration.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is free on all orders. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. You must pay the full amount when you place your order. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will email you and you can choose to pay the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

To change or cancel an order, email service@noahkunst.shop as soon as possible. We can change or cancel it only if it has not shipped.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Exchange Policy, which are part of these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to harm or disrupt it, or to copy or reuse its content or images without our written permission.

The content of this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. Third-party names or marks that appear in images belong to their owners, and we do not claim them.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
