Order Processing Time

We ship each order within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are counted from the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. The total time from order to delivery is therefore 5 to 9 business days (up to 2 days processing plus 3 to 7 days delivery).

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. The shipping cost is $0.00 USD, regardless of the order amount.

All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the email address on your order.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived 7 business days after the shipping date, email service@noahkunst.shop with your order number. We will check with the carrier and, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address only if the order has not shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, email us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you.
